Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Hacksta ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our penetration testing and cybersecurity services (the "Services"). By accessing the Site or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or Services. "Client" refers to any individual or entity that engages Hacksta for Services.
Scope of Services
Hacksta provides penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and related cybersecurity services as described on our Site or in specific service agreements. Our Services are designed to identify potential security vulnerabilities in your systems and networks. Our Services do not include remediation of identified vulnerabilities, ongoing monitoring, or any form of insurance against security breaches. The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their systems and granting Hacksta necessary access to perform the Services.
Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
Both Hacksta and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information disclosed during the engagement. "Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to, client data, test results, vulnerabilities, and any other information that is marked as confidential or that should reasonably be considered confidential. Hacksta will take reasonable measures to protect the Client's Confidential Information, including secure storage and limited access. This obligation of confidentiality shall not apply to information that is publicly available, required to be disclosed by law, or independently developed by either party.
